Mirage in a mirage

Dream within a dream

An illusion within an illusion

This man in the mirror

ILLUSORY BOAT

Ravaging rivers of desire

In-satiate Ocean!

Changing forms

Flooding emotions

Striving and struggling

The illusory boat!

Craving for verses

Lost for words

Head splitting pain

The restless mind! 

MAD MAN'S DREAM

Ravaging storm

Silent Ocean!

In the depths of the void

A volcano!

All of this! 

Only a madman’s dream! 

AS THEY ARE

Between life and death

Be present!

As they are!

Let things be!

Opinions will vanish

Attachments will cease

And all in a moment 

Non- duality! 

WANDERING WATCHER

Words wander

Thoughts stray

Lost in emotions

Someone watches!

Up and down!

Again and again!

Crumpled up and trampled upon

Tossed in a corner

Dropped handkerchief in the elevator!

The dawn breaks over the mountain

The autumn sunshine fills the morning

In the garden pond

Pink and perfect!

Gently afloat!

The Lilly! 

TRAVEL LIGHT

On this path to the cremation ground!

Greed keeps adding dead weight to my body!

My deluded soul foolishly clings on!

Travel light!

What else will be left of you; but ashes! 

CONFLUENCE OF SIX STREAMS

At the confluence of the six streams of consciousness!

Turbulently gushing and flowing! 

A whirlpool of phenomena!

Arising from this dynamic flux

Solidity, Identity and permanence!

A magical show!  

An illusion! A mirage!

Oh foolish mind

Don’t trust your eyes!

Don’t be fooled by all the appearance!

Don’t cling or struggle!

Just flow with the nature of Emptiness!

One man’s joy will make everyone happy

One man’s pain will hurt us all

To see this is wisdom

To fail; is endless suffering!
